High quality hot spring.
It's oxidation-reduction potential(ORP) is -250mV.
(Normal running water's ORP : +500mV
natural mineral water's ORP : +200mV)
We regulate temperature of the hot spring which is a high temperature in a heat exchange device.
It is drinkable, and delicions.

■ Yonezawa-Beef is very delicious!
Of course a steak is delicious.
Please choose a 150g Surloin steak, or a 80g fillet steak.
Sukiyaki is cooked in a pan at your table.
The ingredients are thinly sliced beef, shiitake mashrooms, and some vegetables.
Please dip it in raw egg bowl.
And you can't miss Shabu-shabu.
Please pick a piece of thinly sliced beef with chopsticks, and bathe it into boiling hot-spring-water...can you hear the sound? "Shabu-shabu"!
Enjoy it with sour soy sauce and sesame sauce.
You can have a beef sashimi(sliced raw beef) as optional menu.
